However, the required breathing airlines were on back order, preventing the system’s immediate use. To resolve this, Martin tracked down available airlines at another Martin Integrated site. The team collaborated effectively, gaining approval to send the necessary airlines, ensuring the system could be used at the steel mill—all in one day.

Martin successfully delivered the complete cooling system, allowing the steel mill to implement the solution quickly. The rapid response and teamwork across different business units enabled the customer to prevent heat stress and create a safer working environment for their employees.
