Martin is in the business of helping companies operate better. The primary industries we serve include: automotive; agriculture; lawn and garden; aerospace and defense; appliances; construction and mining; consumer goods; energy and utilities; highway/DOT; HVAC; and medical equipment and devices.  


Can I visit a location and purchase products in person?

Martin’s distribution centers are not designed as store fronts; therefore, we do not have products packaged for walk in sales. Our facilities primarily serve as distribution hubs for our products. However, you can explore our online platforms or contact our customer service for information on how to conveniently purchase our products.


I need to prepare for an OSHA visit. Can you help?

Yes. Martin can help you prepare for an OSHA onsite visit. Call us at 800.828.8116 and let us know your company name, city and state where you are located and we can connect you with a safety specialist to learn more about your needs. Or, you can complete a Contact Us form from our website.


How do I get credit terms for my account with Martin?

Please fill out a credit application and email to ar@martincorp.net. Your information will be reviewed, and you will be contacted by our accounts receivable department. 


How do I request a copy of Martin’s W-9?

How do I request a copy of Martin’s ISO Certificate?

To request a copy of Martin’s ISO certificate, send an email to BMurchison@martinfastening.com.

How do I register for an online account?

To register, click “Log In My Account. Then select the “register” button at the bottom of the box. Fill in the required information, and click “register”. Select the type of customer you are:  Current Customer Who Needs an Online Account OR New Retail Customer Account. Complete the required fields. Click on I ACCEPT to register your account.


When I log in, is my email and/or password case sensitive?

Yes. Martin cares about your login security. Our requirements for passwords include:


What do I do if I forget my password?

Click on the log in button and select Forgot My Password. You will be prompted to enter your email address that is assigned to your account. If you email address is on file, you will be sent a link to create a new password.


How do I change my password?

You can follow the same steps to retrieve your password. Click on the log in button and select Forgot My Password. You will be prompted to enter your email address that is assigned to your account. If you email address is on file, you will be sent a link to create a new password.


How do I change my Bill To address?

If you have an established account, you cannot change your bill-to address through the Martin website.  To change it, you must contact customer service at B2BHelp@martinsupply.com.


My email has changed. How do I update it for my e-commerce login ?

Your email cannot be changed using this website. To update your email e-commerce login address, you must contact us at B2BHelp@martinsupply.com. All other corporate email address changes can be made by contacting Martin Accounting at 800.828.8116.

For Martin’s custom e-catalog customers, e-commerce support is available from 7:30am-4:30pm EST Monday through Friday. Contact at b2bhelp@martincorp.net.


After submitting a “Contact Us” form to Martin Supply, how long will it take to receive a response?

A response will come as soon as possible but please allow for 1-2 business days.
