Martin Inc. Acquires Ameritool lnc. in Huntsville, Alabama
Martin Inc. has agreed to acquire the assets of Ameritool Inc. with headquarters in Huntsville, AL. Ameritool Inc., founded in 1987, is a wholesale distributor of industrial machinery and equipment.
